Apple got Boycotted by Chinese Companies after Huawei Fallout

Trump may declare national emergency barring usage of Huawei telecoms

The recent arrest of Huawei CFO, Meng Wanzhou, in Canada over the Chinese company's violation of the United States trade sanctions against Iran has, it seems, finally hit the nationalistic nerve center of Chinese people.

Moreover, some companies are reportedly going a step further by threatening employees with consequences like withholding bonuses, or even termination if they don't boycott Apple products.

For some perspective, Huawei (as well as other Chinese brands like Xiaomi) has already been making life hard for Apple's iPhone business in the Greater China region (as well as worldwide).

Liang, who was reportedly appointed CFO following Meng's arrest, thanked those around the world who had supported Meng and Huawei.

China's foreign ministry called in the U.S. ambassador to lodge a "strong protest" over the arrest in Canada of Huawei chief financial officer and said the United States should withdraw its arrest warrant.

Former Liverpool Manager Expects Klopp's Reds To Slip Up
It's a different team, a different time, everything was different. "We smelled a bit of it last season how it could be". We all have to be focused, not nervous. "If you think that, then that's the moment things go wrong".

Unfortunately, Huawei has had a rough year, and these fellow companies that specialize in tech sectors to breweries, have come together to show their support. "Several hundred" businesses across China are apparently carrying out similar programs.

Fuchun Technology has offered to give between 100 and 500 yuan ($14.5 to $72.5) each of its 200 employees who buy Huawei's smartphone before the end of 2018. He stressed, however, that the option to choose Huawei over Apple products was "based on voluntary decisions".

Huawei has also received support from the Communist Party and the Communist Youth League which are encouraging Chinese businesses to subsidize the purchase of Huawei products for their employees. Similarly, another device maker Shenzhen Yidaheng Technology said that it will compensate as much as 18% of the Huawei or ZTE device cost. The executive was apprehended during a layover between flights at the request of the US government. The P20 and Mate 20 Android flagship lineups also sold remarkably well and are the other two major factors responsible for the historic success, a company spokesperson said. The CFO was reportedly arrested at the request of the USA government, which wants to extradite her on charges that she violated sanctions against Iran. "Stores belonging to Japanese companies were destroyed in 2012 during protests over the Senkaku Islands, which Beijing claims and calls the Diaoyu". South Korean firms such as Hyundai Group and Lotte Corp. have also been subject to recent boycotts because of that country's military alliance with the U.S.

The american government has expressed concern over the fact that both companies might have installed spying devices into their products. There's voices suggesting that the injunction request that Qualcomm won against Apple in China might have something to do with it.
