Nigel Farage on the Brexit Party

Recent polls revealed the Conservative Party was losing support to Nigel Farage’s Brexit Party

The threat of a challenge to Theresa May's position as Conservative leader has been lifted at least until December.

After a second meeting in two days, the committee decided on Wednesday to leave the rules unchanged.

Nigel Evans, the joint executive secretary of the backbench Tory 1922 Committee, told BBC Radio 4's Today programme that calls for the Prime Minister's removal had become a "clamour" and he would be "delighted" if she announced plans to quit today. "We should have a clear roadmap forward".

"We're the strongest choice you can make if you're a pro-EU voter, but even if you're not, we're the ones who are looking at the problems that led to Brexit in the first place".

Like many other Brexit supporters, Farage seemed to believe that the will of the people would be implemented by the Government and Parliament.

The government and opposition Labour Party were set to resume Brexit talks on Tuesday as MPs returned from the Easter break.

Bashir's $150m fund: Cash hoard in suitcases found at deposed leader's home
The money, which Radio Dabanga says was shown to reporters, was stuffed in bags created to contain 50kg (110lbs) of grain. He said that since the ouster of Bashir, the military council has held two rounds of talks with the protest leaders.

"If he can get that, then I think he'll be satisfied". "However, I will not hide the fact that this is very hard, because if it is going to work it will mean both parties making compromises and our ending up with a solution which, unlike any other proposed so far, will secure a majority in the house", he said. Just 23.1 per cent said they were still loyal to the Conservatives.

However, on Sunday, Downing Street said the Prime Minister will be at talks alongside Mr Corbyn, the Chancellor Philip Hammond, Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell and other senior cabinet and shadow cabinet members this week.

Another cohort of MEPs are on track to be elected after Theresa May twice asked for Brexit to be delayed because she could not get a deal through the United Kingdom parliament.

Britain is on track to leave the European Union by 31 October, but would be forced to pull out on 1 June if it refuses to participate in the Euro elections.

Brexit-supporting Tory MPs say they want the chance to change leader as soon as possible because they blame Theresa May for the delay to Brexit and impending European elections.
