Lenovo’s next ThinkVision monitors combine video calls and USB-C docking
The desk has one laptop and somehow six things attached to it. Lenovo would like a word with that cable pile. In its September 3, 2026 IFA announcement, it introduced the ThinkVision T34WD-4v and T32UD-4v, combining video-call features and USB-C docking. The ultrawide model is scheduled to start arriving in December 2026. A little desk tidying, with quite a large screen attached.
Here’s what each one brings to the desk.
Two different screen formats
The T34WD-4v uses a 34-inch, 21:9 display at 3440 × 1440 resolution. The T32UD-4v has a 31.5-inch UHD screen. Lenovo lists a 48–120Hz variable refresh range, Microsoft Teams certification, Windows Hello and USB-C docking with up to 100W Power Delivery on both.

Putting charging and display connectivity in one place could mean less crawling under the desk to negotiate with a plug. Lovely. Still, the exact laptop, cable and monitor configuration must support the display mode and power level you need. A tidy desk gets considerably less charming if the laptop won’t charge properly.
A small pause before planning the makeover.
These are upcoming products
Lenovo gives estimated starting prices of €599 for the T34WD-4v and €799 for the T32UD-4v, with the latter planned for February 2027. These announcement figures are not confirmed Canadian or US offers. Specifications, availability and final prices can vary by market, Lenovo says. Keep that space on the desk pencilled in for now.

Shopping for a different job? Dell’s OLED uniformity guidance concerns screen consistency, while MSI’s Mini LED gaming monitor goes after speed and HDR.
DeviceCritique’s take
The decision starts with how you arrange your work: an ultrawide for side-by-side windows, or UHD for a different balance of space and detail. Fewer separate accessories sounds appealing, even if the monitor cannot politely leave a meeting for you. Camera quality and everyday reliability still need independent testing. And the announced dates are a reason to watch local listings, not proof that either display is shipping everywhere. We’ll save the enthusiastic desk rearranging for an actual local offer.
