SOUNDPEATS CC3 Pro launches in Canada at CAD $92.99

Earbuds can become tiny negotiations: stay in, stop interpreting a hair adjustment as a command, and please leave enough attention for the person saying your name. SOUNDPEATS’ new CC3 Pro takes a different approach to that little daily drama. It clips around the ear, and the buttons are actual buttons. A modest request, apparently worth celebrating.

CC3 Pro launches with Canada pricing

The company’s October 28 announcement starts availability today. Listed prices are CAD $92.99 in Canada and US $69.99 in the United States.

Here’s the interesting part. CC3 Pro combines dual drivers, LDAC on compatible devices, physical buttons and wireless case charging.

The open-ear trade-off still matters

Leaving the ear canal unobstructed is the point of this design. Before comparing codecs, decide whether you want background awareness or the feeling of shutting the room out. Those are different listening jobs. A pair chosen for chatting through chores may be less appealing if your favourite listening ritual is pretending the vacuum cleaner has moved to another postcode.

Driver counts cannot settle that choice for you. Nor does a logo tell us how securely a clip fits a particular ear or how much of a podcast remains intelligible in a noisy place. DeviceCritique has not tested CC3 Pro; fit, leakage and tonal balance still need independent listening. The spec sheet can make its entrance without receiving a standing ovation.

One battery footnote deserves daylight. The claimed maximums of 10 hours per charge and 44 with the case use AAC at 60% volume in Normal Mode. Those conditions are not an LDAC endurance promise.

Check the right price, then the right fit

For a buyer, the useful comparison is the total price in your own marketplace, a compatible phone, and a return policy that gives fit a fair chance. A lower checkout number is lovely; buying a clever feature your device cannot use is considerably less adorable.

Keep the comparison tied to your day. Start with our open-ear versus ANC guide, then use the audio buying guide to compare the traits that matter to you. CC3 Pro is a new option for that shortlist, not a reason to abandon your priorities just because a charging case learned another trick.
