Samsung and Englesson want your TV to disappear after movie night
The TV has a remarkable talent for becoming the main character of a room, even when it is switched off. Samsung and Swedish furniture maker Englesson have a rather theatrical response: give it an exit.
In a November 3 announcement, the companies introduced motorised furniture bundles with Samsung M84H Mini LED televisions. Swedish listed prices begin at SEK 23,900. This is furniture and TV sold together, rather than the cost of an empty cabinet.
Hiding the screen and turning it are different jobs
The range includes a 55-inch TV-Lift, a 55-inch Slim Swivel, and Elevate Swivel configurations for 55-, 65- and 75-inch screens. The first two can conceal the television completely; Elevate adjusts its viewing height. Swivel versions add 360-degree rotation. Black and white finishes are offered.
That distinction matters more than the pleasing disappearing act. If your goal is a living room that stops looking like a cinema between films, complete concealment is the feature to check. If you watch from both the sofa and a dining area, direction and height may be the bigger attraction.

The practical details live below the pretty pictures
Englesson’s bundle page adds useful small print. The TV and furniture arrive separately, and the TV must be mounted after delivery. The normal furniture lead time is listed as two to three weeks, with delivery to the property boundary.
So, before planning the grand reveal, plan the less glamorous journey through the doorway. A motorised cabinet is still a piece of furniture that someone has to get into the room. The lift has one job; carrying itself up the stairs is not it.
The product page says Slim Swivel has no separate soundbar compartment. The standard TV-Lift provides soundbar space, while an optional soundbar sits on top of Elevate Swivel. A compatible Samsung soundbar is sold separately for the advertised Q-Symphony arrangement.

What the Swedish prices cover
The announcement lists both 55-inch non-Elevate bundles at SEK 23,900. Elevate Swivel is SEK 25,900 at 55 inches, SEK 27,900 at 65 inches and SEK 29,900 at 75 inches. These are Swedish prices, not Canadian-dollar offers; confirm delivery coverage and the current bundle listing before ordering.
For the screen itself, look beyond the mechanism. Our recent TV measurement report shows the kind of picture-quality evidence worth seeking. These promotional furniture images are not an independent assessment of the bundled television.
The takeaway: pick the movement you actually need, then check the soundbar position, installation and delivery plan. Our television desk follows the wider options. A screen that politely leaves the room is an appealing party trick. One that fits your room and your routine is the useful part.
